Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah pengguna transportasi udara belakangan ini menjadi salah satu masalah yang menghawatirkan, beberapa maskapai penerbangan mengalami keterlambatan waktu/terbang tidak sesuai jadwal yang sudah ditentukan, salah satu maskapai penerbangan yakni Lion Air memiliki image buruk dikarenakan masalah keterlambatan waktu. Sehingga dibutuhkannya perbaikan mindset konsumen terhadap Lion Air untuk mencegah dampak buruk dikemudian hari, oleh karena itu dengan perancangan Visual Brand Communication Lion Air diharapkan dapat mengubah citra buruk serta memberikan awareness kepada konsumen terhadap Maskapai penerbangan Lion Air.
