Abstract

Usaha di bidang kuliner semakin meningkat. Banyaknya restoran-restoran saat ini menyebabkan persaingan semakin ketat. Setiap restoran berlomba-lomba untuk memuaskan keinginan konsumen. Salah satu hal yang paling berpengaruh adalah identitas visual. Suatu identitas hendaklah memiliki konsep yang matang dan merepresentasikan citra perusahaan. Restoran Sarirasa merupakan salah satu restoran yang belum memiliki konsep yang matang dan identitas yang kuat. Oleh karena itu, penulis berencana membuat perancangan ulang identitas visual untuk restoran Sarirasa. Untuk mendukung jalannya perancangan dan penelitian, maka penulis mengumpulkan data dari hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik restoran.
