Abstract
PT. Mitra Iconic Asia (MIACOMPANY) adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Digital Agency. MIACOMPANY menawarkan jasa Consulting, Research, Planning, Measurement & Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimization, Reporting, Website & Mobile Development, Copywriting, Photography, Video & Multimedia, serta Digital Activation. Dengan kata lain, MIACOMPANY menawarkan all in one Digital Branding. Program kerja magang yang dibuka oleh MIACOMPANY adalah Creative Graphic Designer, berperan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan kreatif dalam kebutuhan desain untuk penjualan, promosi dan periklanan. Proses kerja magang dilakukan selama 3 bulan, yaitu sejak tanggal 1 Februari hingga 30 April. Penulis sebagai Creative Graphic Designer tidak hanya melakukan tugas di bidang desain seperti catalogue, packaging, dan lain-lain, tetapi juga ikut berkontribusi dalam produksi video ads, dan foto. Kendala yang terkadang dihadapi penulis yaitu request klien dan waktu pengerjaan yang ketat. Maka solusi yang telah dilakukan adalah membuat request list dan work timeline agak semua pekerjaan terdata dan terdetect dengan baik.
