Abstract
The government continues to make efforts to develop toll roads in Indonesia by appointing PT.XYZ to cooperate to build toll roads. In order for toll road construction to run properly, PT. XYZ needs to pay attention to human resources by applying every aspect that exist in knowledge management such as knowledge sharing, knowledge creation, knowledge codification and knowledge retention because indirectly this can improve job satisfaction. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to every aspect in knowledge management for the company getting better. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge sharing, knowledge creation, knowledge codification and knowledge retention of job satisfaction. Questionnaires were distributed using nonprobability sampling method. By using judmental sampling technique. Data obtained by spreading the questionnaire online as many as 130 respondents who are employees of PT. XYZ. This research data is processed by using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of knowledge sharing on job satisfaction, there is a negative effect of knowledge creation on job satisfaction, there is positive influence of knowledge codification to job satisfaction and there is positive influence from knowledge retention to job satisfaction.
