Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Integration Management terhadap Construction Project Management Performance dilihat dari Type Project dan Size Project di PT Ratu Setalu Indah . Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai data informasinya. Data kuisioner diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan responden sebanyak 30. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa; Integration Management berpengaruh terhadap Project Management Performance.
